3. Safety and Conduct

All visitors must follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by HappyJoy Kids Park staff. Dangerous behavior, rough play, or actions that may endanger others are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the premises.

Appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn at all times. Closed-toe shoes are required for most attractions. Swimwear is required for water play areas. Loose jewelry, accessories with drawstrings, or items that could pose safety hazards must be removed before using equipment.

Visitors must report any injuries, accidents, or equipment malfunctions to staff immediately. First aid facilities are available on-site, and our staff are trained in emergency response procedures.

4. Health and Hygiene

For the health and safety of all visitors, children showing signs of illness, fever, or contagious conditions should not visit the park. We maintain rigorous cleaning and sanitization protocols throughout our facilities.

Lost and found items are retained for a reasonable period. Visitors should report lost items to reception as soon as possible. Unclaimed items may be donated to charity after the retention period.

7. Photography and Privacy

HappyJoy Kids Park may take photographs or video recordings in public areas for promotional, security, or operational purposes. By entering the park, you consent to such recording and potential use in our marketing materials.
